As the Product Management Intern for the Rivian Fleet Mobility Platform, you will be responsible for mobility-as-a-service solutions for corporate and commercial fleet customers. Specifically, you will define the digital and operational strategy for an MVP mobility platform for both the North American and European markets. This platform is a key strategic initiative that will enable fleet customers to expand their fleet to meet their dynamic business needs. You will be an early team member of the Commercial Sales & Delivery product team with the opportunity to shape the fleet product line.
THIS IS WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Conduct market and customer research to uncover top mobility needs, opportunities and pain points for commercial and corporate fleet customers in both the North American and European market.
- Build early prototypes for your vision and partner with user research and sales to collect customer feedback and iterate on your approach.
- Craft a compelling product strategy for the Rivian Global Fleet Mobility Platform and outline the 12-month roadmap to execute on your vision.
- Partner with the strategy, operations and commercial product team to shape and define the digital and operational infrastructure backing the MVP mobility platform.
- Collaborate with colleagues in marketing, sales, and product to develop positioning and the GTM strategy for your vision.
THIS IS WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Actively enrolled in an MBA degree from an accredited University or College at the time of the internship.
- Background in marketing, consulting, investment banking, digital product management and/or hyper-growth companies. · Domain expertise in automotive commercial sales, fleet management, electric vehicles, or sustainability.
- Comfort working with distributed global development teams and collaborating with cross functional stakeholders.
- History of working through ambiguity and succeeding in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
