Come join Mission as a Project Management Intern! You will make a positive impact, helping clients harness the power of the cloud. You will learn how our Project Management Office supports Consulting Services and the many kinds of infrastructure projects we work on. You will help with partner onboarding, resourcing, and systems setup and learn how to do project management in a tech company.

As the Project Management Intern, you will report to the Resource Manager and work at between 20-30 hours a week. Internships pay $15/hour.

This position is 100% remote.

Responsibilities

• Set up JIRA projects for all new customers and ensure project details are correct in Mavenlink; add sprints and hour pools for applicable projects
• Set up scenario linkage between Mavenlink and Jira
• Input any changes to existing projects in Mavenlink and add in PTO as necessary
• Manage setup, access, credentialing, and offboarding for customers and partners
• Be the initial point of contact for partner questions and requests
• Report on departmental metrics, including backlog burndown + projections, AWS funding tracking, and EDF compliance
• Support project invoicing and internal project management

Requirements

• Recent graduates or students in their final year of school (two or four year schools)
• Background or major in Business Administration/Computer Information Systems
• Experience asking questions and looking to understand the bigger picture
• Experience working on multiple tasks at the same time
• Excited to learn about new technology
