Summary
The Channel Marketing Internship will allow the successful candidate to greatly enhance their real-life experiences and learn modern skillsets within the field that they are studying. It is an outstanding opportunity to get hands-on experience: learning how to turn insights, pricing, sales data, and marketing activation into actionable results that drive business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
Coming out of this internship, the candidate will have a better understanding of:

  • Analyses of weekly channel purchase/consumption-based data to support value-creation opportunities
  • Researching industry trends to support strategic channel strategy development
  • The fundamentals of pricing strategy creation and maintenance
  • How to improve current tools, templates, and processes to maximize efficiency and accuracy
  • Channel innovation projects exploration
  • Developing important channel trend updates for key internal stakeholders
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
  • Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program
  • Possesses interest in working in sales and marketing or related field
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Desire to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines
  • Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in consumer-packaged goods industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Tools
  • Students with a minimum of one year of major specific classes, preferred
