What You’ll Do (Essential Functions):
- Maintain accurate data in our ATS and track recruitment activity
- Maintain effective workflow and processes within the recruiting department
- Reaching out to candidates to gauge interest and fit for roles at Darwin
- Assist with the recruitment efforts for roles across all levels at Darwin, prioritizing high-quality candidates who turn into high-impact employees - you’ll be measured by your ability to fill roles with a sense of urgency and with talented candidates
- Execute an exceptional candidate experience
- Build solid relationships with your hiring managers and teams, and serve as an advisor and partner to build healthy pipelines of stellar candidates and fill current openings
- Be a passionate Darwin Homes brand ambassador before, during, and after recruitment
- You will help us build our talent brand in addition to our talent pipeline
- Work with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews
- Assist with recruitment projects and other administrative support/tasks as needed
- Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Have (Education/Experience):
- At least 1 year of specific recruiting experience across multiple positions and teams
- Experience sourcing and hiring for various positions
- Ability to work in a fast paced, ambiguous and ever changing environment
- Experience reviewing job descriptions and posting to job boards
- High attention-to-detail and ability to juggle multiple reqs
- Ability to look at detail within resumes and experiences to find qualified candidates
- Ability to effectively articulate the Darwin Homes value proposition and story to candidates
- Ability to establish relationships by phone, email, and social media channels
- Some experience with full lifecycle recruiting and best practices
- Knowledge of ATS tools (Lever is a bonus!) and recruiting technologies
