Summary
The Insights & Analytics Internship will allow the successful candidate to greatly enhance their real-life experiences and learn modern skillsets within the field that they are studying. It is an outstanding opportunity to get hands-on experience within the demand organization at Chobani, experiencing how to use insights and data analysis to help inform business decisions across new product development, marketing, sales, and category.

Responsibilities
Coming out of this internship, the candidate will have a better understanding of:
- How to answer critical business questions from New Product Development, Marketing, Creative, Sales, and other cross-functional partners using custom primary research, syndicated data, and other third-party sources
- How to conduct end-to-end custom quantitative and qualitative research including:
- Translating business questions into research objectives
- Designing and executing analyses
- Utilizing statistical skills to clean and analyze data, within both excel and RStudio
- Identifying relevant trends within datasets and derive recommendations that promote unbiased evidence-based, data-driven decision-making
- Visualizing information in a clear format that makes complex concepts accessible for all audiences
- How to conduct discovery analyses and volume forecasting projects to help identify opportunities for new innovation
- Marketing analytics, specifically post-campaign analyses and creative ad-testing
- Proven analytical skills and ability to successfully integrate different streams of information into sound propositions
- Capable of building strong networks and working relationships by effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and dynamic environment both independently and as a team player
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (including but not limited to Excel, Word and Power Point)
- Experience with common statistical analysis methods preferred (linear regression, hypothesis testing, ANOVA, survey methodology, etc.)
- Experience with statistical analysis programs such as R, Python, SPSS, or STATA a plus
