Technology Strategy & Architecture Intern

The Technology Strategy and Architecture (TS&A) organization is part of Zoetis Tech and Digital (ZTD) and aims to build and mature core capabilities to run ZTD with the discipline of a business, driving a cohesive approach to strategy planning, portfolio execution and value realization while optimizing technology costs, enabled by a workforce planning strategy, and deploying agile ways of working.

We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic individual to join our team. As an intern, you will work closely with several functions within the TS&A organization, including Colleague Engagement, Transformation Management Office (TMO), Project Management Office (PMO), IT Financial, and Supplier Management Office (SMO). You will assist in day-to-day tasks, various projects and events, and will be able to apply classroom-based knowledge to real life and gain essential skills needed to be career ready.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, writing, and managing communications and engagement activities
  • Collaborate on new ideas and directions
  • Develop and post news, events, and communications via Yammer
  • Assist in data entry, preparing information materials; create and maintain documentation
  • Assist in developing and implementing reports and internal processes
  • Learn and become proficient on internal software systems (PWA, Power BI)
  • May perform additional projects upon request

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree
  • High level of integrity and strong ethical values

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective meeting skills, presentation skills, and the ability to learn quickly in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Ability to take direction and multitask
  • Ability to build working relationships within an organization and between organizations
