The goal of the Inside Sales Intern is to support the Southern Atlantic Region’s City Desk team in our Light Commercial Unitary (LCU) replacement business. This role will play an active role in selecting, pricing and transitioning HVAC Equipment opportunities in the Light Commercial Unitary replacement market. This internship will allow students the opportunity to obtain valuable work experience in a fast-paced, challenging environment. The program will provide exposure to many aspects of the HVAC industry as well as general business topics such as logistics, customer service, procurement, lean fundamentals, data analytics and finance. Interested candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, solid analytical skills and have the ability to quickly learn and apply new ideas.

Our typical customer is a LCU Mechanical Contractor who works on equipment less than 25 tons – packaged & split systems. The territory we cover is NC, SC, VA, Eastern TN and Charleston WV. The team is currently virtual working remote with an office location in West Columbia. We would expect the intern to be remote as well, but would offer a local office if a space to work is required.
