Are you the Social Ads Intern we’re looking for?
Our Social Ads Interns manage, develop, and optimize our paid media campaigns in our Digital Department alongside our team to produce strategic and effective results.
This position is responsible for:
Building and updating campaigns in paid social media platforms to achieve results.
Utilizing multiple paid social media platforms to monitor campaign results and identify areas of opportunity in the market.
Writing effective executive summaries to provide our clients with insight and data.
Implementing tracking for various platforms within Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Analyzing campaign performance data to inform strategy adjustments and trends.
We’re looking for someone who has:
Foundational experience in paid marketing tools and strategies needed to implement successful paid social campaigns.
A great work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team. They are disciplined to meet deadlines, stay organized, and achieve results.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
A performance-first mindset to optimize campaigns creatively and effectively to reach results for our clients and customers.
The ability to be adaptive and flexible while functioning effectively in a high-growth environment.
We’ll train you on:
Optimizing special category audiences and accounts, along with cohesive funnel strategies with our other paid ad mediums and landing pages.
Developing strategies and achieving ROI across multiple channels.
Creating tailored and insightful reporting and messaging.
Qualifications we’re looking for:
Facebook Ads Manager experience.
Google Analytics experience preferred.
Experience with social media copywriting.

Compensation: Pursuant to Colorado regulations, if this job is performed in Colorado, the salary range is $13/hour.
