Being a part of the AddeU Internship Program, you will be working on a meaningful project(s) that you can feel proud of and present back to the company at the end of the experience. In addition to having a supporting manager and mentor, we have a fantastic onboarding program to get you acclimated and ready for your time with us. Fun events and super cool swag are also included!
At the moment, our 12 week internship experience is remote. Dates are currently set for May - August, 2022 but please consult with your recruiter. Seeking US and Canadian students only.
The Role
We are currently seeking a Talent Programs Intern to join our People Team! The Talent Programs Team at Addepar works specifically in the areas of learning & development, talent management, employee experience, and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) to cultivate an engaged workplace where employees can do their best work and invest in their professional development. The Talent Programs intern will focus primarily on Learning and Development projects while they gain new skills and professional experience.
What You'll Do
- Assist with supporting the DEI function and Affinity groups by providing support with event coordination, logistics, and virtual support.
- Research DEI trends and best practices and make recommendations accordingly.
- Help to develop and implement DEI resources, including tools and training materials
- Assist with drafting and organizing content for internal DEI communications
- Support other DEI projects and initiatives as needed.
Who You Are
- Must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary educational institution (university must be located in the US & Canada) & must be returning to school after internship
- Available to intern for the full 12 weeks
- 3rd or 4th year Student, preferred majors: Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Business
- Demonstrated interest and passion in DEI or related work
- Excellent research skills combined with a proven analytical aptitude and ability to tap into a vast array of traditional and new knowledge sources.
- Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality, sexual orientation, and age sensitivity and adaptability.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, curiosity and a collaborative spirit.
