Hello. There are plenty of good junior designers out there. But not all of them have that unique ability to utilize InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate, creating cohesion across materials regardless of what type of software they used. The ability to craft visual communications ranging from logos to PowerPoint presentations and everything in between.

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will:

  • Support public and private-sector clients who tackle issues like HIV/AIDS, disaster preparedness, human trafficking, climate change, child welfare, and more.
  • Produce digital and print materials including: social media graphics, web banners, posters, PPT presentations, fact sheets, brochures.
  • Help execute a wide variety of design related tasks.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Be organized and detail oriented.

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will have:

  • 2+ years experience as graphic designer, preferably within an agency environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree in visual communications or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and MS Office (PPT and Word).
