Intern, Community Program Manager
Position Overview

We are looking for a program manager to support various customer focused programs. This position will manage the steady operation of our Community internal programs/projects and ensure completion of new timebound projects, including the planning to effectively convert program/project requirements to deliverables. It will require strong organizational ability to ensure the program/project scope meets objectives and milestones , including organizing activities , meetings, and action plans to mitigate any risks.
Responsibilities
Monitor program/project to ensure completion within defined roadmap, schedule, budget, and metrics. Prepare and distribute various reports and updates on the status of the program to various audiences, functional management.
Develop strong stakeholder and customer relationships and maintain effective communication channels.
Consult with others on development and execution of program/project plans. Develop practices and processes for managing customer and stakeholder expectations globally.
Establish strong relationships with members of the Community team. Gain an understanding of country and cultural differences.
Develop success criteria and metrics with DPE Community Analytics lead.
Analyze program/project metrics and trends to evaluate success of overall program. Anticipate potential issues and implement appropriate remedies.
Monitor program/project strategies, tactics, and procedures to meet changing needs of the business. Gather feedback through meetings, phone calls, surveys, and other methods. Maintain the efficient and effective operation of the program by implementing changes as required.
Ability to identify and coordinate alternative solutions, and propose new, efficient ways of working.
Deliver a variety of presentations and regular status reports in support of the program and key objectives.
Actively participate with customers to increase program interest and engagement.
Team and Customer Engagement
Monitor programs/projects from initiation through delivery , and daily management by interfacing with the Community team, other internal groups, and customers globally .
Maintain open communication among the Community program/project team members and lead program/project review meetings. Support team members and establish healthy, collaborative relationships. Maintain enthusiasm, energy and focus in a variety of circumstances. As called upon, collaborate on the program/project purpose and vision .
Participate in the creation and management of objectives and key results working with various Community team members.
Interface with various functional groups, program/project teams and other stakeholders to effectively resolve issues and remove barriers to program success. Implement and improve procedures and processes to optimize program effectiveness. Work with teams on documenting processes.
Plan content and collaborate on the deliver y on internal and external program communications to the appropriate audience through various channels, including email, newsletters , conferences, seminars, and road shows.
