Intern, Financial Planning & Analysis

Position Overview
Do you have an interest in understanding the corporate finance function and its role in a dynamic, public company environment? Do you have strong analytical skills, an ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse populations, and an interest in driving process improvement? Join us and gain exposure to investment analysis , financial modeling, key metrics support, and global process management.

Location

At this point in time, Autodesk is planning for a virtual summer internship program.


Responsibilities

  • Help develop and manage the preparation of critical financial analyses and executive level presentations.

  • Lead analysis of investments and develop easily repeatable methodology to evaluate and compare different investments.

  • Help management understand the context or 'why' behind our financial results.

  • Present findings to Finance Leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Students must be at least 18 years of age

  • Student must be actively enrolled in a degree granting academic institution or accredited boot camp at the time of internship.

  • Students must reside and attend university in the country where the internship is being offered.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pursuing an MBA or Master’s in business, or a related field

  • Strong PowerBI , Excel , and PowerPoint skills

  • Previous corporate finance experience

  • Business Objects or knowledge of similar leading reporting packages/tools; SAP is a plus

  • Adept at analyzing and understanding the trends and color within multiple views, including internal/management and external views

About the US Intern Program

The U.S. program runs from May through August for 12 weeks. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, be mentored by industry leaders, work alongside peers from universities all over the country and participate in tech talks and other activities designed to support your personal and professional development

US recruiting begins in the Fall and concludes in March.
