Remote position
- Disciplined and motivated self-starter who can manage business development efforts with minimal management oversight.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Develops and deepens relationships with customers by undercovering needs and referring to other areas of the bank.
- Maintain an updated pipeline and proactively work to close opportunities.
- Partners effectively with credit and risk colleagues.
- Ability to identify and mitigate credit risks and adheres to bank policies and procedures and complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintains a passion for learning and new skill development.
- Interest and willingness to be actively involved in community service.
- Attends conferences and builds relationships with municipal entities, attorneys, municipal advisors, and other centers of influence in the municipal finance circle.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- High level of professionalism
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of Municipal Customers
- Ability to analyze municipal financial statements
- Actively involved in community and/or non-profit volunteering services
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proven negotiation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
