About the role:

As an MBA Intern focused on Surfer Growth, you will lead the efforts to acquire strong applicants to become Kyte Surfers. This is a highly cross-functional effort that requires close coordination and collaboration with Growth Marketing and Central Operations.

What You'll Do:

    • Conduct user research to map out user personas and journeys.
    • Research and test online traffic acquisition channels - e.g., job boards, and also offline channels - e.g., OOH.
    • Optimize our top-of-the-funnel acquisition efforts to increase absolute number of acquired drivers and the conversion rate from application to active surfer.
    • Design a strategy to orchestrate top-of-the-funnel efforts that match our forecasted demand for surfer per market - ie.., we should not acquire infinite surfers. Just the optimal number to retain the existing ones, and have a buffer for spikes in demand.

Required:

    • Minimum 4+ years experience growth, product management, or marketing.
    • Willingness to go deep into growth problems, be hands on and get your hands dirty.
    • Hungry and willing to hustle more than anything else.
    • Ability to work with various stakeholders across departments and manage competing priorities.

Preferred:

    • SQL knowledge
    • Experience in driver acquisition
