Junior Program Analyst

Trilogy Federal, LLC. (Trilogy) is looking for a remote Junior Program Analyst to support a high priority project for a large Federal agency.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supporting the generation, review, packaging, version control, and quality control of templates, instructions, agendas, meeting notes, and action items.
- Managing SharePoint site content and ensuring that all materials are captured, filed, and properly updated in SharePoint.
- Managing PoC lists and tracking scheduling.
- Support Monthly Operating Plan process re-engineering including packaging together SOP's and pulling monthly operating plan data for loading into Budget Briefing templates.
- Supporting program analysis efforts.
- Planning/coordinating meetings.
- Capturing/reviewing meeting minutes.
- Developing/reviewing meeting agendas.
- Supporting the development of various project management related documents
- Ad hoc tasks, as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) and their features/functions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
- Experience with creating executive-level documentation and reports.
- Ability to interface well with end-users and senior client stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative virtual environment.
- Detail-oriented consulting approach, with client service focus.
- Self-starter able to work independently and within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- VA or VHA experience.
