Intern, Localization Program Management
Position Overview
The Localization Team plays an important role to support Autodesk to accelerate global reach. The team releases localized products, marketing, sales, and support contents in 31 languages and more for Autodesk customers around the world. The team consists of program management, engineering, business management and linguistic quality management functions.
The Localization Program Manager is responsible for meeting our customer requirements in language solutions by engaging with internal stakeholders, localization engineers and vendor partners; and delivering a successful localization program.
As a Program Management Intern, you will be managing localization projects and delivering quality localized contents within a timeframe and budget. You will also have the opportunity to work on team initiatives to improve processes and tools. You will experience a high-paced agile environment and gain corporate experience within a high-performing team with advanced localization technologies.
Responsibilities
The Program Management Intern will work with multiple stakeholders, supporting multiple cross-functional projects/programs. Responsibilities include:
Manage localization projects and deliver localized contents to internal stakeholders.
Determine localization requirements in terms of scope and milestones and drive high level project planning from an early phase.
Establish positive communication among internal customers, functional groups, and external vendors to identify potential issues and effectively remove barriers to localization program success.
Monitor vendor partners performance through KPIs and enforce applicable requirements.
Engage in cross-functional initiatives to represent program management for continuous process improvement.
Research and provide input in process creation and enhancement.

Minimum Qualifications
Undergraduate in Business Administration, Business Management or Translation/Localization Management
Proficient in MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Good project management skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks, and manage deadlines
About the US Intern Program
The U.S. program runs from May through August for 12 weeks and will be remote (subject to change). All internships are paid. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, be mentored by industry leaders, work alongside peers from universities all over the country and participate in tech talks and other activities designed to support your personal and professional development. US recruiting begins in the Fall and concludes end of March.
