This internship provides a unique opportunity for career-driven marketing students or recent graduates. The Marketing Support intern will communicate changes to creative development and versioning for assigned projects, partners, segments, and verticals within the Partnership Segment of FNBO. This position will collaborate with team members across the Partnership segment, including Integrated Marketing and Communications Managers (IMCM), Marketing Project Managers (MPM), Compliance, Internal Creative Resources, and the Creative Agency. **Internship begins in Spring 2022**

Key Accountabilities:

  • Facilitate creative development for given projects with internal creative design and external creative agencies.

  • Work with Marketing Project Managers, Compliance, and creative resources (internal and agency) to route marketing pieces efficiently through internal systems for reviews, revisions, and approvals.

    • Review/proof new and revised creative, whether produced internally or by a Partner

    • Work with IMCMs, MPMs and Compliance for edits or approvals on creative

    • Manage creative files on internal servers in cooperation with internal creative resources

    • Prepare effective and accurate customer-ready marketing pieces. React to compliance feedback on official BANKMKT tickets and implement necessary changes to get to a final approved piece.

  • Review customer surveys and comments for important insights and elevates customer concerns to the appropriate team member.

  • Take on additional support tasks to improve work quality and customer experience

  • Build knowledge of the Partnership segment, its processes, its partners, and its cardholders to develop new marketing or system specifications to improve the effectiveness of business operations.

  • Invest in understanding changes in marketing outside of FNBO, including: creative positioning, customer journeys, design trends, and competitor trends.

  • Understand and comply with the Bank's BSA/AML Program.

Knowledge, Skills, Education and Experience:

  • Current student with a Business, Advertising or Marketing major or recent graduate with Business, Advertising or Marketing degree

  • Ability to communicate feedback on creative development to obtain simplified, customer-centric creative

  • Strong ability to work and communicate in a team setting, while managing time and projects independently and proactively

  • Takes initiative to solve problems

  • Strong relationship development skills

  • Thrive in a fast-moving environment with high tolerance for change

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Location:

This role is Hybrid Remote with some time expected in the Omaha office each week. Primary Remote may be considered based on qualifications.
