Basic Purpose

Platform Services team designs, develops, and maintains solutions for enterprise applications. All Intern candidates who have graduated from high school must be enrolled in college. To be eligible for this position you must currently be a student.** To qualify for the Summer Internship Program, applicants must be currently pursuing an associates, undergraduate, or graduate degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of August 2022 or later. **Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Information Technology, Information Science, Communications or Technical writing experience Junior, Senior or Graduate studies Must be currently enrolled in IT related classes Desire to work in an IT environment, specifically in the area of engineering and code development Excellent customer service skills and interaction Demonstrate problem solving, analytical and process development skills Must be a team player with a cooperative and energetic spirit with a willingness to learn Ability to work and communicate with all levels of Management and Staff Knowledge in Basic Networking, Routing, Scripting, and Coding is PreferredJob Duties Assists ISD Engineers/Analysts with the documentation of business processes Assists the ISD Engineers/Analysts with the evaluation of new and emerging technologies Works with the ISD Engineers/Analysts to create system documentationQualifications Education and course studies relating to Mathematics or Statistics Basic clerical, technical or administrative experience Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Ability to work accurately with numbers Ability to effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities Ability to communicate with all available forms of communication in a professional manner (phone, e-mail, meetings) Experience with ExcelLocation: RemoteHours: Monday Friday, 8:00am 4:30pm
