Human Capital Systems Reporting Analyst
Are you looking for a place to use your HR background and technical skills to improve people’s lives? As the Human Capital Systems Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting multiple areas of HR reporting with a focus on recruitment, retention, turnover, and other key indicators that enable HR to track, measure, and eventually predict outcomes.
This position is 100% remote and can be performed anywhere in the U.S.

As the Human Capital Systems Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting multiple areas of HR reporting with a focus on recruitment, retention, turnover, and other key indicators that enable HR to track, measure, and eventually predict outcomes.

Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to develop and deliver consolidated metrics and reporting, while ensuring consistency and standardization- Provide data to senior management and leadership that highlights the challenges of the business using meaningful human capital analytics; make recommendations based on identified patterns and trends
- Work closely with HR leadership to comprehend the human capital challenges faced by the organization and, where possible, develop effective analytics to help drive innovative resolutions
- Use internal as well as external data sources to gather significant, accurate, and complete information; summarize the relevant information
- Assist the organization in deriving comprehensive conclusions for business decision making by providing data to quantify cost and impact on talent management programs and other HR processes to measure the success of HR initiatives
- Recommend human capital business practices that lead to effective implementation of relevant processes
- Continuously monitor data in HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and completeness through auditing
- Utilize low-cost interactive dashboard tools to deliver impactful data visualizations to convey information effectively
- Assist with system integrations for reporting needs
- Support other strategic initiatives for advanced analytics as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Two to three years of experience in human resources
- Knowledge of HRIS database concepts and experience creating queries and reports
- Experience with HR/Payroll processes and data preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to multitask under pressure
- Strong commitment to providing quality customer service
- Strong technical skills preferred
