What You'll Do:
Bardavon is rapidly growing, which means we need to invest in the right tools and processes to ensure productivity across our organization. The Salesforce team is taking this challenge head-on by rolling out a fully rearchitected Salesforce Health Cloud organization to support the complex needs of our business stakeholders.
The Junior Salesforce Administrator will work as part of the team dedicated to ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the Health Cloud system based on the various user group needs. We are seeking someone with a working understanding of the Salesforce platform who is eager to put their new knowledge to use on a fast-paced team solving complex business challenges. This may be someone who has completed their certification but has not yet begun applying that knowledge in a work environment, or it may be someone who has been a super user of Salesforce in a non-admin role, but who has technical proficiency and a desire to learn more about the backend of Salesforce. Strong communications skills will be critical, as will their attention to detail. This position has huge growth potential internally for the right candidate.
- Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures
- Manage the support queue within our SLAs and escalate appropriately to ensure optimal user experience
- Add/remove/modify user access in accordance with our compliance policies and role-based access rules
- Maintain user roles, profiles and hierarchies
- Manage manual data uploads and duplicate records
- Document company processes and workflows
- Maintain process documentation and field maps
- Manage system changes without interruption to the user as directed by the Lead Admin and/or Lead Architect
- Modify the system to increase benefits and usability as directed by the Lead Admin and/or Lead Architect
- Create and maintain dashboards
- Create and maintain reports including folder maintenance
- Provide support related to the creation and maintenance of Salesforce Knowledge
- Assist with maintenance of Jira board
- Other duties as required/assigned
Must Haves:
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Operations, or related degree or equivalent work experience
- Basic understanding of the standard capabilities of SFDC (Health Cloud preferred) and a drive to continue to grow and apply that knowledge
Nice To Haves:
- Salesforce Administrator certification or comparable demonstration of proficiency preferred
- Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Strong problem solving skills, data and software applications
