About the Role

Help the CrowdStrike Legal Team—FalconLaw—stay ahead of the ever-changing legal landscape surrounding health and safety, COVID-19 compliance, and other associated areas of employment law. As a member of the Employment Law Team you will help plan and implement policies and procedures to ensure on-going compliance with health and safety requirements for our U.S. and international workforce.

Remote U.S. role within a reasonable commuting distance to the Austin, TX office.

Job Responsibilities/Projects

  • Research and understand health and safety protocols and guidelines set out by city, state, federal, and country laws.

  • Research and understand COVID-19 compliance requirements at the local and national level at our worldwide office locations.

  • Help us maintain and update health and safety processes and procedures.

  • Learn how a modern law department works.

  • Streamline existing legal processes.

What You’ll Need

  • Currently enrolled in law school.

  • An interest in how law departments work with an eye toward a career in law or technology.

  • Coursework or practical experience related to legal research.

  • A desire to help drive efficiencies and solve challenges.

  • Familiar with: Smartsheet/Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Bonus Points

  • Experience creating training presentations or PowerPoint presentations.

  • Coursework in health and safety law or general legal studies is helpful but not required.

  • Experience with COVID-19 laws and compliance is helpful but not required.
