Editorial Intern

The Editorial Intern is responsible for assisting the editorial, design, and SEO teams, helping to research, develop, and execute high-performing content. As this is a remote position, you can be based anywhere but would need to adhere to our EST hours. This is a paid position, at the rate of $15 per hour, that will last for 6 months.

Your Responsibilities

• Pitch & write 1-2 stories per week
• Help update existing content for seasonality and other initiatives
• Upload stories into our content management system
• Light photo research and sourcing
• Help create affiliate links for content
• Assist SEO team with keyword research
• Assist editors with tracking stories in Google AnalyticsLiaise with PR professionals to call in products for testing; help return products post-test

• You’re interested in bringing a refreshing spin to the category through honest, inspirational, and deeply-researched insights
• You’re articulate about why you like a product or brand—or why you don’t
• You’re a methodical product tester, able to report on the attributes you’re considering while evaluating
• You believe luxury products are about obsessive details and convey those nuances in an engaging manner
• You believe imagery can help tell a story and have an eye for upscale stock imagery and design suggestions
• You’re eager to learn and believe no task is too small
• You’ve got a playful sense of humor
