What You’ll Be Doing:

• Effectively support critical Financial Planning & Budgeting initiatives such as coordination and consolidation of expense budget
• Initiatives may include quarterly and annual forecasting for expenses to align with premium and loss forecast
• Assist with regular variance reporting of actual results versus budget, including research and resolution of business unit inquiries
• Assist with elevating team output by working on continuous improvement projects
• Support creating executive presentations
• Support a small team and get technical and leadership coaching that will enhance your skills
• Have access to senior leadership to further refine perspective

What You’ll Bring To The Company:

• Majoring in Accounting, Finance, Insurance, Business Management or other applicable fields
• 1 – 2 years of financial classes or equivalent experience
• Must be able to work independently and be a self-starter
• Strong written and communication skills
• Previous software experience needed (Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint)
