Intern, User Experience Content Strategy
Autodesk is looking for a User Experience Content Strategy Intern to join a highly collaborative Experience Design team for the summer. Autodesk software is used daily by millions of design and engineering professionals all over the world . Help us delight our customers and evolve our platform by crafting clear content to guide them through their subscription journey.
As a User Experience Content Strategy Intern, your projects might include :
Creat ing content strategy and UX copy for specific features or initiatives.
Help ing to develop user tests focusing on microcopy effectiveness .
Run ning competitive analys es to identify industry terms or familiar terms related to specific projects .
Audit ing tools, touchpoints, and customer communications for terminology and content patterns.
Develop ing a terminology library for our experience designers, project managers, and engineers to drive alignment , cohesion, and consistency .
Contribut ing to division and company-wide terminology and taxonomy projects .
Experimenting with new tools and identifying opportunities for new processes to increase efficiency and consistency .

Y ou’re excited about digging into the design process alongside UX Designers , Researchers , and other Content Strategists , working on real project s while receiving guidance and feedback from senior members of our Experience Design team.
Minimum Qualifications :
Student must be at least 18 years of age
Student must be actively enrolled in a degree granting academic institution or accredited boot camp at the time of internship
MS Office experience
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment and successfully build collaborative relationships
Preferred Qualifications:
E xperience with Figma and/or other current design tools.
Examples of work that demonstrate integration of copy and design, copywriting, and content strategy.
Hands-on knowledge of qualitative or quantitative research and analysis.
Basic knowledge of customer journ eys and experience identifying opportunities for content touchpoints.
About the US Intern Program
The U.S. program runs from May through August for 12 weeks and will be remote (subject to change). All internships are paid. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, be mentored by industry leaders, work alongside peers from universities all over the country and participate in tech talks and other activities designed to support your personal and professional development. US recruiting begins in the Fall and concludes end of March.
