RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is looking for a Junior Reporting Analyst for our Client, for an Configuration Project to the Pricing and Quoting system. This position is fully remote.

Summary:
The Junior Reporting Analyst will perform two main function within the configure, price, quote team within the Operations business unit. This individual will be responsible for ensure the smoot flow of the requests for quotes from the sales team. The Junior Reporting Analyst will receive the request from the finance team, translate the information using various excel functions and techniques, and input it into the system. They will also be responsible for handling the request for new routing rules based of various criteria to ensure that pricing and margin calculations are accurate.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be adept at queries, report writing and presenting information
• Highly proficient with data extraction and report generating tools
• Must have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information
• Must have excellent organizational skills
• Must be able to work with large data sets in Excel
• Must be able to create formulas, V Look-ups, familiar with running macros
• Must be able to leverage formulas and Macros to identify any potential issues with the data
• Must be able to update data and process documentation and identify potential enhancements
• Must have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
