The Role
We are seeking an experienced technologist to join our Global Technology Operations team as a Microsoft Services Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, configuring, and deploying Microsoft Infrastructure including Office365, Azure and MIM solutions and application enhancements. Creating value through improving the workflow and stability of the environments. A key role will be to provide 3rd level support for the integrated internal systems and workflows.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, be a self-starter, and the ability to work in a highly skilled global team.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide Office365 application support to help drive the business operations
  • Management of all Office365 services
  • Management of Intune, Azure AD, focused on MDM, MAM.
  • Architectural design of MS Infrastructure (AD, AAD, Exchange and Azure)
  • Implementation, configuration, and support of MIM used for integrations and automation.
  • Provide advanced support for Office365 Solutions by troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes and root cause analysis etc.
  • Provide advance support and configuration of Intune, AAD security configuration
  • Manage root cause analysis and problem resolution for AAD, Office365 & Active Directory environments
  • Providing Support and reporting within the security and compliance center
  • Provide enterprise-level support for global technology initiatives, collaborating with project and support teams, from project initiation to implementation
  • Experience supporting Azure Active Directory (AAD) and Azure AD Connect.

What You’ll Bring

  • Extensive and proven experience in Office365 design, deployment, and administration
  • Working and developing application security in Office365
  • Excellence working experience of the Security & Compliance Center in Office365
  • Experience in deploying security standards for Azure
  • Experience in deploying AAD, AD and Exchange Hybrid solutions
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Intellectual curiosity, and a can-do attitude
  • Proven experience in highly complex environments
  • Self-motivated and accountable for your work
  • Strong attention to detail
