Corporate, Securities & Transactions group
Job Description
Under the general supervision of the Corporate, Securities & Transactions group, intern will be responsible for identifying, collecting, scanning and purging of all Securities Group files per Securities and Exchange rules, Motorola Solutions, Inc. (“MSI”) Record Retention Policy, and/or maintain the files per any MSI legal holds in place.
Additionally, intern will assist with reviewing various electronic records/files that are currently held in our document repository/iManage to delete per the Securities and Exchange rules, MSI Records Retention Policy and/or maintain the electronic records per any MSI legal holds.
Qualifications
Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion.
Ability to interpret and apply regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions consistently.
Ability to interact/collaborate in a professional manner.
Ability to operate technology systems and programs such as Google Drive, Outlook/iManage, copier/scanner, etc.
Strong organizational skills.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Basic Requirements
Candidates must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Master's
Must have a graduation date on or after December 2022
