The L&D Intern will support a wide range of projects and initiatives taking place in the learning and Development team this summer. Primary focus will be on projects in the content development and learning spaces, with the opportunity to gain exposure to additional related areas.

What You Will Do:

• Support SharePoint development to create new environment for learning resources - add text, graphics, and set up new versions of existing (and new pages) as directed in the new SharePoint environment.
• Research, review and catalog supplemental learning resources - sourced from LinkedIn catalog to align with live learning programs.
• Support process to move learning grants forward and plan for future grant efforts - research, documentation/reporting, etc.
• Reformat and update existing live learning assets (PPT decks, participant workbooks, handouts, etc.) to current Radian branding and current content.
• Organize learning related assets - graphics, stock images, etc. Potential to join cross-functional team related to asset library.
• Support coordination for Leadership and Employee development within learning management system.

Who We Are Looking For:

Knowledge

• Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with SharePoint or other intranet tools a plus (no coding experience needed)
• Experience in researching and tracking findings

Skills and Abilities

• Excellent communication skills
• Proven organizational habits
• Interest in learning new software/technology (SharePoint, Workday)

Other Position Parameters

• Inquisitive nature is a plus (comfortable asking questions and looking to better understand work (the "why" in addition to the "what")
• Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively
• Career/educational interest in learning is a plus
