We will have weekly project check-ins; with milestone opportunities being to present findings and summaries to key stakeholders both within the US leadership and globally:
- Head of Global Financial Service
- North American CFO
- US Sales Leadership
Learning Opportunity:
- Project management of back-end financial services
- Collaborate with Getinge Financial Services, Sales & Service Unit, Finance, Customer Service, Accounts Payable, and IT to document existing order entry/booking and compliance process for GFS transactions.
- After learning and documentation of current process, work to propose an improved process for Getinge US to execute on.
- Work with SSU, Sales Operations, and IT teams to develop reporting and provide meaningful and insightful analytics around GFS. These analytics should marry GFS data and Sales data to provide a strategic action plan for reps and sales leaders in a repeatable, automated, and impactful format.
- Will gain project management experience
- Learn skills to influence without direct authority
- Gain lease accounting knowledge
- Gain real-world application of using analytics for results
- Obtain coaching/mentorship from leaders
- This position touches many functional areas; great way to have access/experience with many groups/specialties.
• Undergraduate students majoring in the field of business administration are encouraged to apply. This opportunity is open to sophomores, juniors and seniors.
- Applicants must be currently enrolled in a college program at the time of the interviews, and provide appropriate documentation
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and organizational skills are required
- Strong Excel Skills are required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Project Management experience is considered an asset
- Experience with Power BI and/or Salesforce is a plus
