Marketing Technology Intern (Summer 2022)
The Marketing Technology Intern supports our digital marketing team with the designing and deploying of marketing technology resources. The successful candidate should have a desire to learn more in the area of marketing technology software or platforms and how they are used to automate marketing campaigns, distributing materials, agency/vendor management, and with reporting and analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal business groups and marketing partners to improve the user experience, reporting and distribution.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and provide discussion forums to improve user experience.
- Work with technical staff members to determine possible solutions; keep leaders informed of updates and new technologies.
- Develop thorough knowledge of platforms, tools and processes.
- Other duties as assigned based on needs
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Operations, Business, Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, and related degree programs at an accredited college or university. Internships are not available for students who have completed their college education or who will graduate prior to the conclusion of the internship
- Excellent critical thinking skills, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent writing and editing skills. A knowledge of AP Style is desired.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to articulate beliefs and persuade others.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience:
- Some programming language skills (Python, R) and ability to build webpages
- Familiar with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Adobe, Google Cloud Platform, or similar
- Familiar with CRMs and CMSs like WordPress, Drupal, Magento, or similar a plus

The hourly rate for this position generally ranges between $18.00-$20.00. This range is an estimate, based on preexisting standards, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.
