Marketing Operations (Project Management) Intern (Summer 2022)

The Marketing Operations Intern supports this mission by playing an active role on the team and should be a proactive, hands-on, results-oriented student with a consultative focus. As a Marketing Operations Intern, you will collaborate with stakeholder to understand project requirements, identify solutions, and assist multiple segments of marketing operations including project, workflow, and agency management.
Responsibilities:
Support the marketing operations team with the management of our digital asset management and workflow management operations tools
Play an active role in reviewing constructs, testing, capturing stakeholder feedback, and communicating update and changes to their partners
Conduct process improvement exercises with users on a regular cadence to increase optimization of processes
Clearly document improvements and changes implemented
Learn Workfront products which include Workfront, Workfront Proofing, Fusion, etc.
Support user requests for reporting, dashboard, and other information needs in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, Project Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, and related degree programs at an accredited college or university. Internships are not available for students who have completed their college education or who will graduate prior to the conclusion of the internship
Able to drive projects, manage timelines, work on multiple tasks, and prioritize personal workload.
Able to think creatively to build unique Workfront solutions to address uncommon marketing needs.
Solid understanding of project management fundamentals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, remote presentation, and relationship skills.
Strong organization skills and presentation skills.
Proven experience working in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Basic knowledge of Metadata or Digital Asset Management (DAM) a plus.

The hourly rate for this position generally ranges between $17.00-$20.00. This range is an estimate, based on preexisting standards, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.
