Workforce Edge is growing and ready to build out our own marketing function. We need some help gathering industry data for benchmarking and marketing purposes. You’ll review industry journals and articles to find reputable articles we can source.

General Purpose

Support future marketing materials through industry research. In this temporrary role you will gather industry data for benchmarking and marketing purposes. You’ll review industry journals and articles to find reputable articles we can source. Your research will focus on two areas:

  • D ata related to tuition assistance utilization by industry .

  • K ey stats about the benefit of earning a degree related to promotions and career changes, especially where the employer pays for at least part of a degree.

The output will be a document that lists potential claims to use, the source, and the potential purpose.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review industry journals and articles to find reputable sources we can quote related to tuition assistance benefits and the costs of turnover and new hires

Education:

  • Current undergraduate college student

Job Skills:

  • Experience with open ended research

  • Good written communication skills with ability to clearly document findings

  • Ability to identify relevant information

Certifications:

  • None

Other:

  • No travel-Remote position
  • Access information using a personal computer
