Intern - EA Analytic Consulting - Remote work location for WI & IL residents
We are seeking an Intern to:
- Provide administrative support to the Analytic Consulting department.
- Assist with departmental projects and initiatives.
- Update and audit records, databases, reports, etc.
Education :
Minimum – High School Diploma or equivalent and current student in applicable course of study.
Preferred – Pursuing a degree / certification in related field.
Work Experience :
Preferred – General customer service/ administrative experience or experience in field of study.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities :
- Ability to learn computer and application skills as applicable to role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to interact with and work around people.
- Ability to make judgments in demanding situations.
- Ability to react to frequent changes in duties and volume of work.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to listen empathetically.
- Ability to logically organize details.
- Comfortable accepting responsibility for medium to large scale projects involving multiple resources and spanning many months from start to finish.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities.
- High sense of urgency for meeting commitments and completing assignments.
- Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner.
Physical Requirements :
Sedentary: Ability to lift up to 10 pounds maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers and small tools. Although a sedentary job is defined as one, which involves sitting, a certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and other sedentary criteria are met.

W ork Schedule :
This is a part-time .05 hours week internship scheduled to work Monday through Friday, with flexible hours between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Applicants hired into this position can work remote from WI & IL This will be discussed during the interview process.
