GENERAL FUNCTION:

Performs a wide range of duties to gain experience in an exciting business.

Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience while operating within the Bank’s risk appetite.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Using our proprietary software to post, on our live website, publicly viewable listings of dental and veterinary practices available for sale;
• Regularly visit the websites of dental and veterinary practice brokers assigned to you
• Identifying new listings and verify the status of existing listings
• Discovering new practice broker websites
• Contributing to strategic planning to scale our marketplace and better serve buyers and brokers
• Providing feedback on the user experience of our software; and
• Collaborating and communicating regularly with colleagues, including both other interns and full-time employees.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

None.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Have completed at least one semester of undergraduate study
• Have at least one semester of undergraduate study remaining
• Are majoring in business, economics, finance, mathematics, marketing, communications, computer science, or a pre-dental or pre-veterinary track
• Have an interest in technology-enabled companies
• Have great attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude
