Who are we looking for?

HireVue is seeking a talented, tech-savvy Contracts Specialist who will work with many teams across the organization. This key team member will negotiate many types of contracts both with HireVue’s customers and it’s vendors to ensure they are documented and negotiated properly to represent HireVue’s interests. A professional, yet flexible, demeanor is a must; our culture is casual, while also being hard working, collaborative and intelligent! We are looking for someone with attention to detail, ability to apply good judgment, organizational skills, business savvy and a knack for the big picture.

What will you be doing?

Overall management responsibility during the negotiation phase of the contracting process on customer/vendor contracts with specific and varied purposes including NDAs, software as a service master agreement, privacy agreements, general amendments and miscellaneous service agreements.
Establish and maintain great working relationships with internal business partners as you coordinate with cross-functional teams during contract review to negotiate terms and obtain approvals for modification, as required.
Act as a key contact for the legal department by providing guidance on commonly requested edits, assess risk, non-standard terms, policies, questions, etc.
Customize and maintain templates to meet client template requirements.
Ensure information relating to contractual documents are processed into and maintained in relevant databases
Open and honest in communications with all partners – legal colleagues, management, customers and others while managing risk and providing valuable services toward HireVue’s overall success

Experience with building and implementing contract management tools.
Demonstrates enthusiasm for solving problems and adding value to the Company.
Requirements
At least 3+years of total legal experience negotiating contract, JD optional.
In-house with SaaS or human capital management experience and/or working on multinational organization relationships.
Sales team support experience.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support global customers.
Excellent judgment and ability to work independently, but escalate issues and seek sign off/guidance appropriately.
Strong organizational and document management skills, with the ability to think and move quickly while juggling many different projects simultaneously across several functional departments.
Strong persuasive abilities and communications skills -attention to detail is a must.
Self-directed with the ability to drive results and set priorities independently, proactively and positively.
