Must-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with React and/or Rails
• Team player with sense of ownership - Each developer is paired up with a partner for code reviews and overall support
• Ability to think like a Product Manager; i.e. consider the user experience in addition to executing code
• Unintimidated by the unfamiliar - You may be tasked with challenges that are new to you. This will help you get out of your comfort zone and become a better developer.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Rails
• Working knowledge of Redux
• Experience with React hooks
• Experience with Styled-Component
