Sales and Marketing Coordination Internship on Hot Take
Hot Take is a Cargill Horizons venture studio business, with recent seed round funding and strong organizational support. As we begin to scale the business, we are seeking a sales & marketing intern to support the team.
Hot Take is a food-focused research platform that connects restaurants to their guests, to get practical insights that empower smarter business decisions. As a fast-paced and growing start-up, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven talent to grow with our brand. As a Sales & Marketing Coordination intern, you will work on a variety of projects and provide support to our marketing strategies and campaigns. You will help engage others through various communications tactics and manage our sales integrity. Having the Right Mentality

Remote Principal Accountabilities
Marketing Coordination
Top of the funnel marketing (Awareness/Discovery):
Provide support for content marketing strategies and paid campaigns
Create content (copy and imagery) for organic social channels
Scheduling/Implementing social media posts and assisting with community management.
Build and maintain an organic social media calendar
Lower funnel marketing (Engagement/Activation/Retention):
Manage the lead nurture and activation pipeline
Triage meeting requests from customers in our hello@hottake.life email.
Follow up with new contacts filling out Marketing contact form.
Send emails (from templates) in Hubspot based on sign ups, changes, Portal activity, etc.
Manage email list
Sales Coordination
Manage and maintain data integrity in our sales tracker (AAARRR) as new sales come in, forms are filled out, and studies are launched. Required Qualifications:
Must be currently enrolled as a undergraduate student graduating between May 2022 and May 2025
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a major in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English or other related subject areas
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Must possess writing, presentation and market research skills
Able to complete a Spring semester internship (January - May 2022)
Right to work in the United States that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
Ability to work effectively with individuals from a diverse set of backgrounds and cultures
Must possess a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness in completing work with limited guidance
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
