An employer is seeking a Developer to sit fully REMOTE for a client out of the Cincinnati, OH area. This person will be joining a team of 6 other developers working to re-platform the digital experience for all customers of this large insurance company. Currently, the employer is utilizing their legacy system (Duckcreek) but are moving to Uncork - a low-code/no-code system which is API-based and focused within the microservices space. The candidate needs to come from a development background - duckcreek is a java-based platform but C#/.Net experience is suitable for this role as well. The team works in a paired-programming environment which will require this person to have great communication/collaboration skills and the desire to learn on the fly.
