Our Program:
In partnership with The University of Memphis, we have an established call center on campus for students to engage, learn, and build valuable skills through an internship. We offer part-time paid internships (up to 24 hours per week) each semester with flexible shifts.
Location: Our call center on campus at The University of Memphis. There is an option to work remote if you do not meet on campus requirements.
Duration: This is an ongoing internship.
Start Date: Monday February 14, 2022.
Flexible Work Shifts:
Monday through Friday, 12:00 - 4:00pm or 5:00 - 9:00pm
Mandatory Training Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 12:00 - 4:00pm or 5:00 - 9:00pm for first 2 weeks of internship.
Must be able to fully commit to training period.
Training is on site at Crosstown Concourse. Remote training will be available for remote candidates.
Training Dates: Monday February 14, 2022 through Friday February 25, 2022.

Responsible for providing support and communicating to individuals, businesses, and organizations on behalf of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in support of the mission of savings children’s lives.
Requires ability to speak and write in English in a clear and understandable manner.
Ability to listen and understand verbal/written instructions or information and accurately input data.
Requires a degree of judgement; ability to speak and write clearly and concisely for communication with internal and external relationships.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Must be actively enrolled at The University of Memphis and must be 18 years of age.
