Junior/Mid-Level Software Developer (Fully Remote)
CACI is looking for a Junior/Mid-Level Software Developer to join the HighView project which encompasses the design, development and deployment of the iAtlas system as a replacement for the customer's legacy FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) request processing system. In addition to the development aspect of the project, a comprehensive data migration effort will be performed to move all necessary legacy data into the new system. This effort will be managed using the Agile Scrum methodology.
What You’ll Get to Do:
- An active participant in Agile scrum meetings
- Assist with software requirements and assist with design decisions

Design, develop, and test full-stack software applications using:
- c# Rest API (WCF or WebApi)
- Angular (12 or higher) using node.js and TypeScript
- CACI HighView document and records management
- Oracle database
- Design and develop automated testing of software services and applications using modern tools and technology
- Provide Documentation Specialist assistance
- Provide end-user testing assistance
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
BA/BS or equivalent and at least 2 years applicable experience
2 years of experience with C# and JavaScript
2 years of experience with TypeScript and PL/SQL
Experience with Platforms/ Architecture styles such as CSS, HTML, Angular Material UI components
Experience with Development Process and Tools such as
Familiarity with all modern browsers and their debugging tools.
Familiarity with REST services.
- Present knowledge or the ability to use automated testing tools applicable to the software products(s) such as JMeter, Selenium, Postman, or similar technologies.
- Present knowledge Proficiency with JIRA
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Angular (v2-12) Single Page Web Applications
WCF RESTful Web Services (c# .NET) or equivalent REST technologies
HighView 5
Experience with developing replacement systems and meeting user expectations and implied requirements.
Experience supporting transition from legacy to new systems, to include data migration.
Experience with systems subject to NIST and FedRAMP security controls.
