Junior Recruiter (Contract, Remote)

We’re looking for a talented, driven Recruiter to join us on a contract basis.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, strong multitasker who is able to find and engage candidates across a variety of specializations, including technical and non-technical roles.
You’ll be using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Once ramped up, you'll also be managing end-to-end recruitment processes and working directly with hiring managers.
If you have solid networking skills, know how to source on social media and enjoy learning about different roles, we’d like to meet you.Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of rolesCoordinate with hiring managers and people team to determine position requirements and define interview processesInteract with potential candidates using a variety of sourcing techniquesCraft and send recruiting emailsIdentify qualified candidate profilesPerform initial candidate screeningDevelop talent pipelines for future hiring needsAsk for referrals from current employees and external networksMaintain candidate databases (e.g.
via our Applicant Tracking System)Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunitiesRequirements: 1+ years experience in full cycle recruitment.
Experience in a small to medium sized startup and/or agency experience preferred.Ability to quickly grasp requirements for a variety of different types of roles.Experience sourcing technical candidates required.Excellent communication skills.Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g.
recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
