Our Creative Media Department is looking for a Junior Graphics Specialist. The Junior Graphics Specialist will be part of the Creative Team supporting company-wide business development and marketing requirements as part of the Chief Growth Office, responsibilities will include:

• Updating and production of external and internal collateral following established brand guidelines and quality processes
• Artwork and production for business cards and other standard orders and requests
• Graphics for Recruiting, DE&I, and other internal and external communications and social media initiatives
• Research, quotes, purchase requests, and processing for new or replacement items (event displays, office signage, promotional items, vendor print orders, supplies, etc.)
• Build and maintain internal and stock libraries (images, audio, multimedia/video)
• Image prep and formatting for intended use
• Support lead proposal graphics team members, production, and deliverable assistance
• Preparing, packing, and coordinating shipments for events*
• Tracking, inventory, and quality control of event and display items*
• Assisting with assembly or installation of displays for events and offices*

• Can require physical exertion - must be able to carry/move 50 pounds or more

Required Skills and Experience:

• Clearance: None
• US citizenship required for work under DoD contracts.
• Bachelor's Degree in related discipline (Graphic Design, Visual Arts, etc.) or will consider equivalent combination of education, training, work experience, and ability as demonstrated by a portfolio.
• 3-5 years of experience in a professional environment
• Microsoft Office (primarily Word, PowerPoint)
• Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
• CorelDraw
• Attention to detail
• File format and resolution knowledge
• Pre-press knowledge and familiarity with print vendor artwork specs/processes and submission requirements
• Portfolio required (Please submit with application)

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Other programs such as Prezi, Adobe Premier and AfterEffects, Excel a plus, multimedia skills a plus
