Job Title: Care Intern, Member Care Department
Reporting to: Care Development & Success Manager
Downtown Denver-based luxury vacation company seeks a dynamic, service-oriented professional to serve as an intern with the member care team. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive contributor who has a strong willingness to learn. There is no business like the vacation business and the Inspirato brand of vacation is like no other in our industry. We are building a team of like-minded individuals with a laser focus on Inspirato members.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with special projects including: internal campaigns, building member-facing content, data management and consolidation, etc.
- Develop an expert knowledge about our systems, portfolio, and all aspects of trip planning
- Must be a strong and effective communicator with internal stakeholders
- High attention to detail and error-free written and verbal communications
- Proficiency with current communication technology (MS Outlook, Chat applications) and aptitude to learn new systems
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or received a 4-year degree, preferably in Business, Journalism, Marketing, Communication, Entrepreneurship or Resort & Hospitality Management
- A self-starter with the ability to independently execute tasks with little to no direction
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to think strategically
- Strong customer service and client relations skills
- Excellent interpersonal, phone, and written communication skills
- Proficient with current communication technology (MS Outlook, Chat applications)
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of travel and/or hospitality industry a plus

Compensation - $16.00/ hour
Benefits – This position is eligible for Inspirato’s 401k program. The company offers a 6% match to those who choose to enroll.
