Jr Business Operations Anlst
- Assist with the business analysis for large and complex projects and/or initiatives. Lead business analysis for business process and system changes. Utilize problemsolving techniques to present clear problem definition and provide potential solution(s) and workarounds, including cost benefit analysis, impact analysis and business/functional requirements. Identify and mitigate risks.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders so you can represent their needs. Garner their support and engage them proactively to overcome barriers for the team(s). Speak to the value of the work to the team(s), the business area, other business partners and customers. Communicate business and customer needs to teams in a manner that simplifies complexity and eliminates jargon.
- Make decisions to enable the team to deliver quickly. Be comfortable not having all the answers. Make small bets and embrace experimentation. Keep lines of communication open with stakeholders so their needs are represented, and they understand what is being delivered along the way. Serves as a subject matter expert.
- Contribute to projects strategically aligned to business objectives to successful completion, including participation in the prioritization process.
- Actively communicate with business, project partners and IT on business process and system changes or problems. Build and sustain positive relationships to ensure timely solutions. Act as a liaison, partnering closely with business, IT and project communities to foster teamwork
- Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required.
- Excellent communication skills required including the ability to influence and negotiate
- Solid strategic thinking, collaboration and decision-making skills required
- Must be able to execute effectively in a matrix environment
- Must be able to build and maintain relationships and facilitate collaboration and communication
- Strong technical, financial services product and business processes acumen (preferred not required)
Work Environment
This role offers the ability for in-office, hybrid (blending both office and remote work in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements. You’ll work with your leader to determine which option may align best based on several factors.
