Intern, People Analytics
Strive is committed to building a values-based, mission-driven organization. We’re looking for a collaborative and adaptable individual with a passion talent analytics. At Strive Health, data drives all of our decision-making and we’re building out a People Analytics function to act as an internal innovation lab, using analytical approaches to make sure Strive is an exceptional place to work. This internship is a newly created role with a primary focus to support the advancement of all things data within the People team. This individual would ideally be in Denver, CO, but we are open to remote candidates.
Essential Functions:
  • Provide critical support to the business around issues of organizational health, leveraging employee data to drive change for the better
  • Partner in defining metrics to improve visibility into headcount, hiring plans and people costs etc. - enabling better business decisions.
  • Create compelling narratives through data to share findings with key stakeholders, including executive leaders.
  • Identify and create new opportunities for data-related efficiency, process improvement and automation with an aim to advance reporting capability and data cleanliness.
  • Research, select, and implement new data-related tools, with a keen focus on project and vendor management.
  • Aid in survey design, build-out and analytics as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree (Master’s preferred) in Data Analytics, Human Resources or a related field.
  • Advanced working knowledge of excel and data analysis. Some SQL experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Detail-oriented and conscientious, analytical and curious. You’re a strong problem-solver, who uses both quantitative and qualitative methods to track the success of companywide People programs.
  • Operates with a high degree of integrity and trust, ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Non-traditional talent mindset:

  • Ability to juggle short term requests with long term priorities and goals

Hourly Range: $25.00-$30.00

Strive Health offers competitive compensation and benefits. An annual performance bonus, determined by company and individual performance, is available for many roles and aligned to Strive Health guidelines.
