Summary of Position:

The Dynamics 365 Marketing Support/Junior Developer is primarily responsible for the support of LSAC’s Dynamics 365 Marketing App for Unite. This role will act as 2nd level support for our school services support team and will interface directly with our member schools to ensure that the system is running to their expectations and needs. This role will also ensure the functionality.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day CRM operations including security, roles, profiles, sharing rules, assignment rules, workflows, approvals, validations, groups and more
  • Monitor CRM data feeds, imports, and other integrations
  • Create and maintain end-user documentation
  • Serve as primary point of contact for CRM users in School Services
  • Work with end users to provide coaching around best practices and tips on CRM usage
  • Be the central point of contact for all changes, requests, and system alterations
  • Provision all new users, provide system training to new users, control access rights, security settings and user privileges
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • 2 + years of working in the Dynamics Marketing App
  • CRM certification preferred
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and working in an Agile team
  • Must have Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM experience, particularly in the Marketing Application.
  • Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills and proven ability to identify and recommend solutions to issues, concerns, and challenges.
  • Experience with multiple technologies and systems relevant to CRM administration.
  • Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools.
  • Current knowledge of industry and technology trends.
  • Basic understanding of project management terminology and best practices.
