Sales Enablement Intern (Virtual)

The ManpowerGroup Sales Enablement Internship provides an educational 10-12 week, paid experience for current Sophomore, Junior or Senior standing students seeking to jumpstart their career with a large public company.

This role will work collaboratively within the marketing and sales enablement department at ManpowerGroup. The internship will include professional development, hands-on experience, and leadership development coupled with training in the desired field of study.

This role is 100% remote.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple key projects supporting the ManpowerGroup brands. Develop a project plan, report on status, culminate with a report out to senior management
  • Support sales by gathering data for insights, partnering with marketing to write compelling pitches & build competitive materials, and assist in rollout of new technologies to accelerate sales.
  • Attend weekly sales enablement calls discussing current projects and participate in marketing strategy and campaign strategy discussions.
  • Understand and learn different roles within the organization such as presentation development, sales analytics, sales technology, sales enablement, content marketing, graphic design, and sales operations.
  • Projects will provide experience using Highspot, Hubspot, Microsoft Dynamics (CRM), Outreach.io, Vidyard, PowerBi, Powerpoint, Welcome.com, and Zoominfo.
  • A sample of the projects you will work on: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of outreach email sequences for lead generation. Build Reports in PowerBi and create Data Visualizations. Develop content for email sequences to generate sales meetings. Conduct competitive research. Setup and review proposals for winning sales meetings at scale. Create presentation designs and interactive presentations. Learn Outreach, HighSpot and Vidyard. Write Sales Pitches and Templates. Create Target Audiences and Buyer Personas. Audit and Create Content for our brands
