The Role

As a Junior Processor at RenoFi, you’ll work closely with consumers and RenoFi’s Renovation Advisors to streamline loan processing and help families finance their dream renovations faster. We pride ourselves on the way we go above and beyond to offer our homeowners impeccable customer service. This position requires that the candidate be great with people, detail-oriented, and an expert communicator, both verbal and written.

As a Junior Processor, you’ll primarily be responsible for being a liaison between the sales team, ops team, and homeowner - playing a crucial communication and coordination role. In this role, you will verify loan application information for loan applicants, review loan application files to ensure that the loan application data is complete, and follow up with applicants to submit missing information in a timely manner. This position is for someone looking for a foot in the door at a fast-paced fintech company with plenty of opportunities for career growth.

What you’ll bring to the team

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years of experience in a junior processor or loan officer assistant type role
• General understanding of loan application checklists
• Extreme attention to detail

• Prior customer service experience is a plus
