Salesforce Reporting Intern

Overview:
As a Salesforce Reporting Intern, you will be responsible for assisting the Operational Managers within Commercial Sales in modifying, creating, and validating Sales results and key operational metrics. Under direct supervision, you will provide assistance in support of one or more of the following: Key Performance Metrics (OKR), developing new product-based reporting, gather requirements for new reports, and ad hoc report generation.

You will also support SharePoint Online projects and activities. This includes meeting with key stakeholders gathering requirements, organizing site contents and pages maintaining a consistent look and feel with improving productivity and reducing clicks as a primary focus. Assist Commercial COAST in ongoing maintenance of communications, user acceptance testing of commercial sales applications, and the development of job aides, process flows and training materials as necessary.

**Please note this position is remote and the hourly compensation is $17.00.**

Responsibilities:
In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Develop Salesforce/SFI reports and dashboards
  • Perform data/report review
  • Gather reporting requirements from Commercial Sales Stakeholders
  • System data cleanup
  • Refine process documents
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in information systems, computer science, programming or related field
  • Two or more semesters of related technology coursework
Other Qualifications:
  • Exposure to or knowledge of CRM systems, Salesforce.com preferred
  • Knowledge of Relational Database Management System concepts
  • Salesforce.com/Tableau reporting experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office, specifically SharePoint
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and critical thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to plan and organize multiple tasks
  • Solid work ethic and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and on team assignments
  • Must be assertive, proactive, and seek work and clarification on issues/concerns that arise
  • Willingness to learn
  • Perform other duties including department-wide assignments and special projects as required by leaders in Commercial Sales.
