The Talent Acquisition team sources, interviews and hires for all positions at Fingerpaint. We are biopharma’s global commercialization partner for analytics-enabled integrated solutions.

Are you looking for an experience that will give you first hand talent acquisition experience, research and help with new ways of hiring, learning and supporting technologies, knowledge management and employer branding experience? As a TA intern you will play an important role in helping fuel Fingerpaint’s growth with extraordinary talent. This intern will work closely with a TA team member and will be an active member of the team. We will delegate projects crafted to be completed and delivered by the end of your internship that are intended to provide you with operational experience as well as better understand Talent Acquisition.

Overview of the talent acquisition internship:

• Develop social media marketing campaigns
• Work with TA team on strategies for college recruiting through a student perspective
• Learn about the various roles and departments at Fingerpaint
• Entry level sourcing of candidates
• Learn and assist with the internship program
• Scheduling of candidate interviews
• Shadow TA team on interviews
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is able to check their shyness at the door. They have specific interest in talent acquisition and human resources. They have great interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills. They are able to work independently and learn on the fly.

This position will be operating remotely.
